📋 Description

• Oversee pricing and investigator payment tasks that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and continuous enhancement.

• Evaluate and formulate pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators, ensuring they align with budgetary limits and project specifications.

• Work in conjunction with clinical operations, finance departments, and investigators to collect data, analyze cost structures, and create precise pricing models.

• Perform financial analyses and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of pricing and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency enhancements.

• Generate comprehensive pricing reports and documentation, offering insights and recommendations to aid in strategic decision-making and financial planning.

• Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies concerning pricing and financial management in clinical trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; relevant certifications or experience in pricing analysis or clinical trial management are a plus.

• Significant experience in financial analysis, pricing strategy formulation, or cost management, ideally within the clinical research or healthcare industry.

• Demonstrated capability to analyze intricate cost data, develop pricing models, and deliver actionable insights for financial decisions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis software.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
