• Efficiently and accurately manage incoming requests through various channels (e.g., phone, email, etc.) while also taking on additional responsibilities as assigned in a global, multi-regional environment.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing proactive travel consultation to business clients.
• Deliver travel information and promote upselling of related products.
• Independently handle assigned requests and proactively offer assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to support daily operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for team members, responding to inquiries and guiding them on policies and procedures.
• Participate in project teams related to operations and mentor travel consultants in the absence of the team lead.
• Utilize the relevant BCD Travel tools and systems effectively to fulfill requests.
• Anticipate potential challenges for customers and provide necessary support.
• Respond swiftly to customers, giving them your full attention to their requests.
• Identify opportunities to assess operational processes and the commercial relationship with customers, offering suggestions for enhancement.
• Conduct quality management tasks such as error management and assist with assigned projects.
• Achieve both individual and team objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel sectors.
• Practical expertise in managing crew movements, rotations, and handling disruptions.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to perform accurately under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration within a global, multi-regional operational framework.
• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced proficiency with GDS Amadeus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
