Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel reservations on behalf of customers.

• Possess a thorough understanding of client travel policies and consistently provide expert consultation to customers.

• Address all inquiries related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Supply clients with essential industry information, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Identify opportunities to assess operational procedures and commercial partnerships with clients to offer improvement suggestions.

• Continuously maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge regarding the various supported travel industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in using GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
