• Investigate and verify travel bookings for the client.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of client travel policies and consistently offer guidance to the customer.

• Address all inquiries related to essential regulations.

• Supply the client with necessary industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Assess operational workflows and client relationships, recommending enhancements.

• Continuously maintain, communicate, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
