Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify and validate travel bookings for clients

• Advise customers in accordance with their travel policies

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations

• Provide insights on industry specifics such as low fares, exchange rates, and penalties

• Assess operational workflows and client relationships, proposing enhancements

• Sustain, share, and broaden awareness of the travel sectors being supported

• Engage and respond to both existing and potential clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Travel Agent

• Proficient understanding of the travel sector, including policies, procedures, and processes

• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
