Senior Travel Consultant – 12x36 Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for providing support to clients including presidents, CEOs, directors, and other senior executives through various channels (phone, email, and chat).

• Demonstrates excellence in customer service by managing air-related tasks such as correcting or changing flight ticket names, facilitating pet travel, splitting passengers on bookings, and addressing other similar requests.

• Handles minor passenger additions, special in-flight services, overbooking scenarios, flight cancellations/rescheduling, and cases involving bereavement.

• Manages flight advancements and early departures; oversees hotel guest replacements/additions, extra services, and the issuance of reservations.

• Oversees product queues and assigns tasks in the absence of the team leader or as designated.

• Executes all aforementioned procedures, including ticketing/issuance and following up with clients as needed.

• Possesses knowledge of visa regulations, travel insurance, and necessary vaccinations for international travel.

• Offers travel consultancy by providing information about various destinations available through the agency, including pricing and availability for selected dates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with airline portals such as e-Latam, e-GOL, Azul, Passaredo, and the Wooba portal.

• A bachelor's degree, either completed or currently in progress.

• Advanced proficiency in English and/or Spanish.

• Experience in travel agencies, ideally within multi-brand settings.

• Experience in planning tailored domestic and international travel.

• Understanding of tour operator portals and flight consolidator systems.

• Knowledge of Amadeus.

• Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities, strong client interaction skills, and capability to manage objections.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
