This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement enterprise transformation strategy within Testing Services, including defining roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria.
• Set transformation priorities that align with accounts/programs, business objectives, service commitments, and goals for continuous improvement.
• Carry out communication and change adoption strategies across delivery organizations.
• Measure transformation success through metrics relating to process implementation, quality, productivity, automation/AI integration, talent refresh, ALM adoption, compliance, and efficiency improvements.
• Foster continuous improvement using metrics, data-driven insights, maturity assessments, and quality audits.
• Ensure execution adheres to approved transformation plans, timelines, and quality specifications.
• Define, refine, and uphold the high-level RACI model that governs transformation activities across Gainwell and partner stakeholders.
• Confirm RACI alignment with contractual obligations and governance forums.
• Establish end-to-end STLC processes and guarantee the rollout of these processes, playbooks, frameworks/accelerators, training, tool adoption, and capability enhancement initiatives.
• Integrate transformation activities with ongoing programs without adversely affecting delivery.
• Create a governance schedule for performance monitoring, reporting, and benefits realization.
• Oversee metrics adoption and tackle resistance through targeted interventions.
• Track execution progress, risks, and dependencies across various programs, ensuring timely resolutions and escalations.
• Collaborate with TMO, Delivery Leadership, Process and Technology COEs, and vendor partners.
• Provide executive-level updates regarding transformation progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Optimize and oversee ALM utilization through tracking, reporting, and lifecycle adherence.
• Monitor the implementation, expansion, and maturity uplift of automation.
• Over 10 years of experience in testing, quality engineering, or technology delivery.
• At least 5 years of delivery experience in Medicaid/Medicare programs/projects.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in transformation, process improvement, or Center of Excellence initiatives.
• Proficient in scripting end-to-end STLC processes.
• Strong knowledge of STLC, ALM tools, automation frameworks, and the TMMi testing model.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments utilizing RACI-based governance models.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and facilitate change adoption.
