Senior Transformation Consultant – Firmwide Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Offer insights and understanding regarding business transformation, organizational design, process improvement, and change management to facilitate the execution of transformation initiatives affecting KPMG operations.

• Perform thorough evaluations of performance enhancement opportunities that align with our capabilities to achieve genuine transformation and automation, complete with clear success metrics.

• Promote teamwork and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere throughout all stages of the project, ensuring that transformation opportunities are recognized and providing insights for improved systems, processes, procedures, and best practices.

• Communicate the benefits of transformation effectively to both our clients and our team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to tackle complex challenges.

• Proven experience in leading and facilitating workshops involving a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Capability to operate under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on detail.

• Formal Lean Six Sigma Certification or relevant tertiary and professional qualifications are advantageous.
