• Act as a trusted advisor and the main contact for strategic client relationships.
• Manage the retail governance framework to ensure adherence to client standards.
• Organize regular client meetings and provide reports according to the client’s established schedule.
• Convert client issues into opportunities for program improvement.
• Propel operational transformation by integrating systems, refining workflows, and minimizing complexity.
• Lead efforts to enhance site decision-making processes across extensive portfolios (1,000+ sites).
• Generate governance reports that outline compliance, exceptions, and recommendations.
• Address ad hoc client inquiries and oversee retail-related initiatives as they emerge.
• Gather client requirements, acquire market data, and collaborate with national real estate professionals.
• Develop approval packages and financial analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Track transaction progress and maintain high data integrity across all platforms.
• Establish automated deal risk assessment procedures.
• Manage complex, high-volume site decisions with accuracy and promptness.
• Advocate for automation initiatives and transition workflows from manual trackers to integrated systems (e.g., CREM).
• Create tailored reports, dashboards, and analytics for governance program oversight.
• Promote simplification through automation and the removal of redundant processes.
• Decrease meeting durations and administrative workload via process optimization.

• Collaborate effectively with internal JLL teams, client organizations, and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members on best practices.
• Lead without direct authority and impact outcomes through genuine partnership.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 5-10 years of experience in real estate, with a minimum of 4-6 years in transaction management.
• Retail real estate experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated history of operational transformation and managing large-scale portfolios (1,000+ sites preferred).
• Proven skills in transaction management, contract review, and lease negotiation.
• Experience in developing and overseeing governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in transaction management systems (experience with CREM is strongly preferred).
• Advanced skills in process consolidation, workflow optimization, and system migration.
• Capability to design and implement automated solutions.
