This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to develop and enhance the Total Rewards strategy, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and long-term talent priorities.
• Create and communicate comprehensive Total Rewards frameworks and philosophies that promote strategic alignment, organizational consistency, and competitive positioning in global markets.
• Offer strategic advice on compensation philosophies, pay equity frameworks, job architecture development, and geo-tiering strategies to facilitate data-driven, forward-thinking business decisions.
• Integrate the Total Rewards strategy into essential talent programs, ensuring all initiatives are consistent with the global rewards philosophy.
• Serve as the Total Rewards subject matter expert, influencing cross-functional initiatives by providing a Total Rewards perspective in discussions with product, finance, legal, and leadership teams.
• Lead educational and enablement initiatives to enhance organizational understanding and confidence in Total Rewards principles and programs.
• Conduct proactive risk assessments and strategic foresight initiatives, identifying emerging challenges in Total Rewards and implementing preventative solutions to keep the organization ahead of market and regulatory changes.
• Utilize AI and emerging technologies to improve Total Rewards analysis, modeling, and decision-making, ensuring the organization is at the leading edge of rewards innovation and efficiency.
• Act as a strategic representative for Total Rewards in executive and leadership forums, influencing organizational direction and ensuring rewards considerations inform critical business decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and the broader People team to enhance strategic business partnering and rewards expertise throughout the organization.
• Represent the Total Rewards function in leadership forums when necessary.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and innovative Total Rewards practices to continuously improve Remote's rewards strategy.
• Significant experience in total rewards roles with a strong emphasis on strategy, business partnering, and thought leadership in a global context.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and counsel senior leaders and cross-functional teams on complex rewards matters.
• Extensive knowledge of total rewards philosophies and practices across various business environments and cultures, with a solid understanding of job architecture, pay equity, and geo-tiering principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to simplify complex Total Rewards concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience in fast-paced, global, and remote-friendly organizations is preferred.
