Senior Time and Labor Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Time and Labor team in the deployment of timekeeping systems, encompassing requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.

• Aid in the Real Time Monitoring of Time and Labor systems.

• Ensure adherence to all procedures by the team.

• Provide support for any ad hoc reporting needs.

• Oversee and suggest actions to help teams achieve Service Level Goals.

• Knowledge of workforce management principles.

• Proficient understanding of time entry systems.

• Intermediate skills in Excel.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

• Familiarity with timekeeping practices.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an analyst role.
