Healthcare Value Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Delivers data analysis support to clients by aiding in the creation of reports and/or dashboards that track program and operational performance.

• Encourages the adoption of self-service analytics by customers to enhance their understanding and utilization of data.

• Assists in designing programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities, as well as defining business requirements for new analyses, while also conducting ad-hoc analyses as requested.

• Aids in data quality and stewardship efforts to ensure data accuracy and to identify new metrics.

• Leverages analytical skills to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)

• Certification/Licensure as a Power BI Expert/Certified, Epic Certification, or Databricks Certified (Preferred)

• Minimum of one year of experience in Data Analysis required

• Proficiency in SQL required

• Strong preference for experience in Power BI/Databricks.

• Preferred experience with Epic/Clarity.
