Senior Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to evaluate, draft, and negotiate contracts related to clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to uncover risks, opportunities, and potential areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance challenges, and contractual entitlements and responsibilities.

• Keep precise and organized records of contracts, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Aid in the creation and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar positions within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• A solid understanding of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and industry practices.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, with the skill to interpret intricate contractual provisions and identify possible issues or opportunities.

• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
