Analyst II, READI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

• Provide technical expertise to global manufacturing facilities and QC laboratories.

• Examine quality deviations and determine root causes to avoid future occurrences.

• Ensure adherence to internal specifications as well as external regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Vendor Quality, and Operations teams globally to drive continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a similar scientific field.

• 3–4 years of pertinent experience in Quality Control, Analytical Chemistry, or Laboratory Operations.

• Extensive practical experience with Gas Chromatography (GC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).

• Understanding of Organic Chemistry, analytical testing techniques, and quality assurance systems.

• Proficient in SAP and data analysis tools.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
