This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote the approved indications of BMS products within the specified territory to achieve or surpass assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Generate demand for BMS medications by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for their use in suitable patients.
• Maintain and enhance scientific knowledge in the designated products and therapeutic fields.
• Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies.
• Utilize CE^3 to extract insights and inform call plans dynamically while providing feedback to leadership.
• Deliver approved scientific information to healthcare providers, ensuring medical accuracy.
• Conduct in-office presentations, including lunch and learn sessions.
• Organize external speaker programs, managing speaker selection, scheduling, and logistics.
• Stay informed about emerging data regarding approved indications.
• Engage with Medical on Call for unsolicited inquiries and complex technical questions.
• Work collaboratively with other field teams to enhance the healthcare provider customer experience.
• Collect and share customer insights internally with relevant stakeholders.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
• Dedicate 100% of working hours to field activities with external customers.
• An advanced scientific degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, ideally in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing roles.
• Proficiency in communicating scientific or clinical data accurately and persuasively to physicians.
• Proven ability to build and sustain credibility with key customers, office personnel, and customer influence networks.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology is essential.

• A demonstrated track record of sales performance, achieving or exceeding goals.
• Capability to work effectively across functions.
• Strong promotional and selling skills evidenced by a successful performance history.
• Ability to drive business results while understanding market and business drivers.
• Experience in identifying, engaging, and developing customer credibility throughout the patient care journey.
• Understanding of the patient journey with the ability to tailor engagement and deliver focused messages.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for scientific and clinical information.
• Proficiency in analyzing prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, and clinical data.
• Ability to segment healthcare providers based on preferences and relevant factors.
• Familiarity with using CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning.
• Competence in utilizing digital communication channels, CE^3, CRM tools, and Medical on Call technology.
• Ability to collect, input, and manage quality data in a compliant manner.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to create, implement, and modify business plans.
• High integrity and sound judgment.
• At least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing issued by the state of residence.
• Acceptable driving risk level as determined by the Company.
