Senior Test Engineer, Sport Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for testing customer-reported bugs and feature requests in accordance with SLAs and change management protocols.

• Lead end-to-end testing for each new feature and bug fix provided by the team.

• Validate integrations across various services, systems, and applications.

• Analyze and engage with product requirements at various stages of the product development lifecycle.

• Consistently create and update test artifacts.

• Actively propose enhancements to the platform and development/testing processes.

• Develop and revise test documentation and guidelines for supported systems to aid the support team in operating more efficiently.

• Participate in customer meetings and be prepared to communicate and report status updates to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer.

• Proficient in authoring and maintaining test documentation.

• Experience in testing mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.

• Familiarity with client-server application testing.

• Experience with web services and API testing.

• Ability to query data from databases.

• Proficient in using proxy debugging tools.

• Experience with version control systems, such as GIT.

• Familiarity with logs and metrics tools (Grafana, NewRelic, DataDog, etc.).

• Experience with issue-tracking systems like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of testing processes, types, and principles.

• Capable of planning necessary testing activities.

• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level.
