
Senior Territory Sales and Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Offer sales support for Eaton-Cummins Automated Transmission products and/or services throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Create and execute business plans to align with North territory goals within the country, region, and division objectives.
• Prepare Value Sales Cycle Reports to summarize sales activities, including wins & losses, product metrics, sales probabilities, barriers, and at-risk accounts.
• Compile Customer Contact Reports to document product enhancements, performance challenges, competitive activities, and market trends.
• Generate Territory Monthly Reports to provide updates on business status and market trends.
• Collaborate with all elements of the Eaton Cummins Joint Venture organization to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Oversee the market introduction of new products to ensure swift adoption.
• Assist the Region Sales Manager in formulating service, sales, parts, training, and marketing strategies.
• Manage the operating budget and promotional claims within the designated territory.
• Deliver product service, operational, and warranty training to customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Engineering, or Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales.
• Strong technical sales experience and business insight in the heavy-duty class 8 sector (trailers, fifth wheels, trucks).
• Capability to analyze market trends and understand customer requirements.
• Experience in territory management, preferably in urban areas, and strategic planning.
• Financial understanding, including budgeting and cost management skills.
• Robust problem-solving and decision-making technical abilities related to the heavy-duty industry.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization (including Product Engineering, Service teams, IT, and Application Engineering at Cummins Eaton).
