Senior Territory Representative, Companion Animal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Engages directly with customers to comprehend their needs and consults to provide suitable solutions.

• Effectively communicates details about the product portfolio in an impactful manner.

• Formulates customer strategies to identify solutions and sales opportunities.

• Collaborates with various teams to enhance knowledge of the complete Animal Health product portfolio.

• Evaluates monthly sales performance and manages expenses in accordance with budgetary guidelines.

• Accountable for establishing and achieving learning and development objectives set in collaboration with leadership.

• High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of sales or equivalent experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of sales experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Proven motivation and dedication to achieving measurable, tangible outcomes.

• Strong commitment to collaboration as the standard mode of operation and problem-solving.

• Proven capability to independently assess customers' changing needs and expectations.

• Effective implementation of selling techniques and strategies.

• Proven ability to identify, cultivate, and manage a diverse range of accounts independently within a designated territory.

• Proficient in computer skills, including a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the capability to use an iPad.

• Ability to function both independently and as a member of a team.

• Willingness to travel overnight and engage in some weekend activities.

• Sales experience and/or background within the Animal Health Industry is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of animal health biological and pharmaceutical products is preferred.

• Familiarity or previous experience working with Distribution is advantageous.

• Multi-lingual fluency is preferred, particularly in Spanish.
