
Senior Territory Manager – BDM Refinery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Interact with customers in the designated territory to cultivate, sustain, and enhance commercial relationships.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets within the assigned area.
• Present and market products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Streamline cost-saving filtration solutions.
• Formulate and implement action plans to reach growth objectives, assist distributors, and finalize direct sales.
• Identify, target, and actively seek out new customers, partners, and market opportunities.
• Comprehend customer motivations and market dynamics, aligning strategies accordingly.
• Target industry accounts to increase market penetration.
• Work in collaboration with Customer Service, National Accounts, Engineering, Marketing, and Purchasing departments.
• Build and preserve relationships with clients and potential customers while addressing their concerns.
• Generate itineraries, call reports, expense reports, sales forecasts, customer performance assessments, and competitive activity analyses.
• Regularly update and manage the Salesforce.com CRM database.
• Organize and conduct customer training sessions.
• Engage in seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing campaigns.
• Willing to travel up to 50–75% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or technical sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP software; experience with SalesForce.com is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within high-performing teams.
• Self-driven and focused on achieving measurable outcomes through strategic initiatives.
• Preference for candidates with process filtration experience.
• Experience in sales to refineries is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated history of boosting territory sales volume and consistently meeting KPIs.
• Experience in selling industrial products via distributors, agents, and sales partners.
• Ability to accurately forecast sales and analyze data to shape growth strategies.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities; strong presentation skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without any current or future sponsorship.
• International relocation or remote work arrangements outside the United States will not be considered.
