This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Complete responsibility for all new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
• Achieve financial goals in collaboration with your local Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
• Develop and execute sales action plans to efficiently implement company strategy.
• Actively engage in sales initiatives necessary for business success.
• Cultivate essential sales skills to ensure maximum success, including but not limited to prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen, and judgment.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competitors.
• Enhance customer value through growth and support initiatives, such as product demonstrations, regional trade shows, and product road shows.
• Manage RFP responses and submissions within the local territory.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the security access control and video industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
• Developed and proven sales capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation, influencing, and closing sales.
• Ability to engage and influence individuals at all organizational levels.
• Proactive and energetic with a strong focus on customer service, responsiveness, and adaptability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in territory management or a similar area.
• Strong business insight and understanding of market dynamics.
• Customer-centric attitude with the capacity to build and maintain robust relationships.
