Senior TeleStaff Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design the architecture of the application.

• Employ the established implementation process to achieve set milestones and targeted completion dates.

• Act as a Mentor to colleagues.

• Ensure high-quality delivery of all TeleStaff components for the practice.

• Collaborate with the leadership team and UKG to leverage the latest technological advancements and tools whenever applicable.

• Possess a strong understanding of UKG modules.

• Conduct analysis of current business processes and rules.

• Partner with team members with diverse skill sets to design and deliver a cohesive UKG solution.

• Apply professional concepts and tools to implement software across different environments.

• Provide guidance to customers on system configuration, industry-specific features, best practices, and system processes and procedures.

• Perform necessary application research, assist in developing testing scenarios, and offer testing support.

• Utilize professional skills to prioritize issues and respond effectively to various critical situations.

• Contribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends Blog.

• Engage with customers to build strong relationships and actively seek opportunities within the team to broaden your expertise.

• Exhibit a consistent track record of accuracy.

• Maintain consistent responsiveness to both teammates and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in implementing UKG Telestaff Cloud or its previous versions.

• Proven experience in delivering a unified Workforce Management/TeleStaff solution to customers, ideally for SMBs, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience.

• A comprehensive understanding of scheduling, workforce management, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar domain products/systems is preferred.
