This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.
• Design, manage, and improve large-scale communication services tailored for IS, non-IS, and clinical caregivers.
• Deliver exceptional support in complex environments, fostering innovation and efficiency in voice-related technologies.
• Integrate legacy systems to guarantee seamless and optimized performance.
• Occasional travel may be necessary to effectively support various initiatives and implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in automation, with a focus on deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
• Familiarity with n-tier solutions.
• Expertise in resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and the ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
• Proven experience in guiding software engineering team members to translate customer and technical requirements into service architecture that meets Quality of Service expectations.
• Experience in leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and stand-ups to ensure proper prioritization of Live Site requirements.
• Strong background in utilizing data and metrics to influence behavior, processes, and priority decisions.
• Proficient in problem-solving using systematic procedures and investigating issues through root cause analysis.
