This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Deliver first-line technical assistance by addressing customer inquiries
• Conduct preliminary issue assessments
• Support daily operations of the platform
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure consistent system performance and effective resolution of technical issues
• Process, categorize, and conduct initial evaluations of incoming requests in Jira Service Desk
• Offer first-line operational assistance for project systems and configurations
• Utilize GitLab to review and implement basic changes to configuration files
• Maintain precise ticket updates and documentation
• Prioritize tasks based on requirements and the level of business risk
• Higher education or incomplete higher education, with a preference for graduates from technical universities
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, and ELK (primarily Kibana)
• Basic understanding of markup web languages (HTML, CSS)
• Working proficiency in the English language
• Working proficiency in the Russian language
