Senior Technical Support Engineer – IO Controls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote technical assistance for the selection, validation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and integration of Festo electric automation systems.

• Ensure that delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction KPIs are consistently met.

• Engage actively in technical training sessions and uphold rigorous documentation practices.

• Collaborate effectively and maintain strong relationships across teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and experience exchange.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of support operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.E/M.E/M.Tech in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.

• Over 5 years of experience in industrial automation.

• Familiarity with Festo products is advantageous.

• Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting skills with Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, and Rockwell systems.

• Experience with Profinet, EtherCAT, and Ethernet/IP protocols.

• Exceptional English communication skills suitable for multicultural settings.

• A proactive, self-motivated, and can-do attitude.
