This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver technical assistance to current clients, ensuring exceptional service quality.
• Oversee and protect key accounts within a competitive market landscape.
• Engage in business development to discover and secure new opportunities.
• Comprehend customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Manage business relationships, including price negotiations and continuous account development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the United States and Mexico to provide seamless regional support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (mandatory).
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (mandatory).
• Demonstrated expertise in electroplating or surface treatments.
• Strong technical problem-solving capabilities while interacting with customers.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in English: required.
• A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel frequently.
• Experience in sectors such as automotive, healthcare, military, or construction.
• Prior experience managing a large geographical territory.
• Familiarity with technical sales or technical support roles.
