This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver second-level support with an emphasis on our customers located in EMEA and APJ regions.
• Assist in resolving the most critical technical challenges faced by customers.
• Take responsibility for customer cases and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Aid our customers in maximizing the benefits of our products.
• Collaborate on projects within or alongside other teams to drive a company-wide impact.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role - Essential.
• Technical expertise in supporting Linux-based products - Essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Networking - L2/L3 - Essential.
• Ability to compose SQL queries and manage databases.
• Required industry experience in Cyber Security, specifically in network security or application security.
• Preferred experience in web troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts is preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise customer accounts.
• Preferred experience in Docker/Kubernetes-based environments.
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or equivalent) is preferred.
• A BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
