πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with essential customer stakeholders and operational service leaders to determine and prioritize the strategic alignment between customer goals and Zscaler objectives.

β€’ Provide technical advice, product knowledge, and best practices to formulate tailored strategies for the integration and operationalization of Zscaler solutions.

β€’ Deliver technical expertise and organizational leadership to handle complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with both internal and external teams.

β€’ Actively seek to identify adoption insights, create risk mitigation strategies, and collaborate with Zscaler teams to ensure lasting customer success.

β€’ Engage in the development and dissemination of intellectual capital, including best practice manuals and playbooks, to enhance the collective effectiveness of the Customer Success team.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing capacity, such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering.

β€’ More than 5 years of experience in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.

β€’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a proven capacity to influence decisions among internal and external stakeholders.

β€’ Strong technical acumen with the capability to align customer business challenges with the Zscaler portfolio for optimal business and security outcomes.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data to extract key insights and develop customized adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans.
