This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with essential customer stakeholders and operational service leaders to determine and prioritize the strategic alignment between customer goals and Zscaler objectives.
β’ Provide technical advice, product knowledge, and best practices to formulate tailored strategies for the integration and operationalization of Zscaler solutions.
β’ Deliver technical expertise and organizational leadership to handle complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with both internal and external teams.
β’ Actively seek to identify adoption insights, create risk mitigation strategies, and collaborate with Zscaler teams to ensure lasting customer success.
β’ Engage in the development and dissemination of intellectual capital, including best practice manuals and playbooks, to enhance the collective effectiveness of the Customer Success team.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing capacity, such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a proven capacity to influence decisions among internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Strong technical acumen with the capability to align customer business challenges with the Zscaler portfolio for optimal business and security outcomes.
β’ Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data to extract key insights and develop customized adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans.
