πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establish and cultivate relationships with essential customer stakeholders and operational service leaders to clarify and prioritize the strategic alignment between customer objectives and Zscaler's goals.

β€’ Provide technical advice, product knowledge, and best practices to create tailored strategies for the integration and operation of Zscaler solutions.

β€’ Deliver technical expertise and organizational leadership to handle complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with both internal and external teams.

β€’ Take a proactive approach to identify adoption insights, formulate risk mitigation strategies, and collaborate with Zscaler teams to guarantee long-term customer success.

β€’ Engage in the development and dissemination of intellectual capital, including best practice guides and playbooks, to enhance the collective impact of the Customer Success team.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering.

β€’ More than 5 years of experience in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.

β€’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to influence decisions both internally and externally.

β€’ Strong technical proficiency with the capability to align customer business challenges with the Zscaler portfolio to achieve desired business and security outcomes.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data to extract key insights and develop customized adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans.
