This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Establish and cultivate relationships with essential customer stakeholders and operational service leaders to clarify and prioritize the strategic alignment between customer objectives and Zscaler's goals.
β’ Provide technical advice, product knowledge, and best practices to create tailored strategies for the integration and operation of Zscaler solutions.
β’ Deliver technical expertise and organizational leadership to handle complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with both internal and external teams.
β’ Take a proactive approach to identify adoption insights, formulate risk mitigation strategies, and collaborate with Zscaler teams to guarantee long-term customer success.
β’ Engage in the development and dissemination of intellectual capital, including best practice guides and playbooks, to enhance the collective impact of the Customer Success team.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the capacity to influence decisions both internally and externally.
β’ Strong technical proficiency with the capability to align customer business challenges with the Zscaler portfolio to achieve desired business and security outcomes.
β’ Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data to extract key insights and develop customized adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans.
