Senior Technical Solutions Lead, Managed AR, GPO

📋 Description

• Act as the senior Subject Matter Expert and technical lead for GPO operations, Managed AR processes, and Procurement workflows.

• Spearhead the hands-on design and development of comprehensive solutions utilizing .NET (C#), Python, Microservices architecture, and event-driven systems with Kafka.

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Spark, SSIS, and AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, and others.

• Create, develop, and enhance reporting and analytics solutions through SSRS, Lightdash, and other modern BI tools.

• Construct and sustain robust, high-performance data models and data warehouses to facilitate advanced analytics and business intelligence.

• Convert intricate procurement and AR business requirements into scalable technical solutions, actively contributing to coding, implementation, and delivery.

• Lead technical workstreams that encompass microservices development, real-time data streaming (Kafka), batch and big data processing (Spark), and cloud-native architectures on AWS.

• Propel performance optimization, scalability, and reliability throughout applications and data platforms.

• Diagnose complex issues across application, data, integration, and cloud layers.

• Mentor and direct development teams on best practices in .NET, Python, Microservices, Kafka, Spark, and AWS cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated history of leading and delivering intricate, high-scale technical solutions in a senior hands-on role.

• Advanced proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT patterns, and the development of analytics solutions.

• Extensive domain knowledge in Procurement, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), and/or Managed Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Significant hands-on experience with the following technologies:

• .NET / C# development and Microservices architecture.

• Python for data engineering and automation.

• Kafka for event streaming and real-time processing.

• Spark for big data processing.

• AWS cloud platform (various services).

• SSIS (ETL development) and SSRS (Reporting).

• Lightdash or similar modern analytics/BI tools.

• **It’s a plus if you also possess:**

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Previous experience in a GPO, healthcare supply chain, or procurement services organization.

• In-depth knowledge of procurement cycles, supplier management, contract management, and AR automation.

• Experience in designing and implementing cloud-native, event-driven architectures.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven record of delivering solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
