This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions in collaboration with Account Executives (AEs).
• Evaluate complex business issues, identify genuine technical obstacles, and align architectural constraints to design enhanced "To-Be" processes.
• Engage in prototyping and hands-on implementation by creating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and minimum viable prototypes.
• Import historical event logs into Apromore to establish factual baselines and empirically confirm the technical viability of suggested agentic automations, replatforming projects, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Provide guidance on comprehensive data connectivity for customers.
• Support client teams in developing strong process data models, constructing efficient ETL/processing pipelines, and integrating enterprise data ecosystems (such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or legacy ERPs) seamlessly.
• Communicate value-driven technical messages: With fluency in both "API" and "ROI," you will convert functioning prototypes into compelling business cases.
• Assist executive decision-makers in Automation/AI, Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, and Risk & Compliance in understanding how process optimization correlates with financial business impacts.
• Mitigate risks in deploying agentic AI: Assist customers in visualizing and safely activating autonomous AI agents.
• Leverage your technical expertise to demonstrate the necessity of clean process context, clear handoffs, and well-defined workflows for the safe, productive deployment of agents within trust boundaries.
• Lead and implement professional service projects focused on process intelligence, technical onboarding, and specialized training programs for enterprise clients.
• Act as the primary consultant to ensure successful customer integration, steering their teams toward advanced process intelligence methodologies and best practices for execution.
• Enhance engineering impact by contributing to the wider solutions community through the development of reusable assets, reference architectures, innovative demos, and mentoring junior Solution Engineers.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical sales positions (Solution Engineer, Technical/Solution Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer) or technical project delivery roles.
• Expertise in Process Intelligence: Experience with process analytics, process mining, task mining, process simulation, and data-driven business process management concepts.
• Strong Data Engineering skills and Builder Credibility: Proficient in SQL, Python, and constructing data pipelines and API integrations.
• AI Fluency: Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Sales Acumen and Commercial Curiosity: Understanding of how pre-sales integrates into a complex enterprise deal cycle.
• Exceptional Relationship Building: Proven track record of connecting and conveying technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders, from C-suite executives to IT infrastructure and database teams.
