Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a technology specialist and reliable point of contact for clients.

• Facilitate technical design discussions and create solutions that align with client goals.

• Manage client onboarding, data integration, technology deployment, and enterprise-level platform transitions.

• Produce comprehensive documentation, including system diagrams and technical specifications.

• Offer training and documentation to empower both clients and internal teams.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in strategy, creative, quality assurance, and account management.

• Exhibit a growth mindset; identify opportunities for growth and enhance the marketing technology capabilities of established clients.

• Assist in business development initiatives by providing relevant information, tools, and subject matter expertise to facilitate engagement sales.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and maintain technology proficiency through certifications and continuous learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a professional, solutions-oriented role.

• Ability to articulate complex technical information and concepts to stakeholders.

• Proficient with enterprise-level Marketing Automation Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Bloomreach, HubSpot, or similar.

• Skilled in technologies including REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and personalization languages (e.g., AMPscript, Liquid, Handlebars).

• Understanding of digital marketing best practices across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, etc.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to a diverse audience.

• Certifications in one or more marketing technologies or related fields are desired.
