📋 Description

• Create comprehensive solution designs

• Work collaboratively with sales teams, partners, and end-users

• Collect and assess customer requirements

• Identify and assess various solution alternatives

• Showcase designs to partners

• Serve as a resource for partners in presenting solutions to end-users

• Uphold relevant industry certifications

• Act as a representative for SD&S to partners

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical experience

• Profound understanding of customer requirements

• Capability to design and execute complex solutions

• Guide and mentor junior Technical Solutions Engineers

• Foster relationships with customers and vendors

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5 years of functional experience

• Ability to enhance processes and systems
