This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Deliver technical integration and consulting services directly to clients in various sectors including financial services, collections, healthcare, government, law enforcement, and insurance.
• Utilize extensive technical expertise and knowledge of Financial Crime Compliance to assist clients with implementations and business operations.
• Provide installation, implementation, and configuration support utilizing XML and JSON, ensuring project plans remain accurate and up-to-date throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language for audiences with diverse technical skills.
• Offer advanced third-level support using tools and technologies such as Excel, Power BI, C#, Python, and PowerShell.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the integration capabilities and value propositions of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that solutions meet client requirements and align with product roadmaps.
• Take part in and contribute to departmental initiatives focused on enhancing team efficiency, processes, and productivity.
• Engage in continuous training and professional development to stay updated with products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Mentor and assist less experienced team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–9 years of pertinent industry experience, including demonstrated exposure to Financial Crime Compliance.
• Proficiency in XML and JSON data formats.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Programming experience with C#, Python, and PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, database systems, and data transformation techniques.
• Excellent focus on client success, utilizing data quality concepts and tools to identify and effectively resolve issues.
• Expert analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a knack for diagnosing complex business challenges and delivering practical solutions.
• Demonstrated familiarity with LexisNexis products and a hands-on technical problem-solving background.
• Advanced communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven capability to influence, motivate, and collaborate across teams, while constructively managing conflicts and soliciting feedback.
