Senior Technical Services Specialist, Dairy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to the sales team and clients within specified regions of India.

• Perform research and execute field trials.

• Address customer technical inquiries and propose effective solutions.

• Collaborate with R&D to enhance products with an emphasis on customer service, product innovation, and species programs relevant to the area.

• Work alongside Sales team members and distributors to offer technical support during customer meetings.

• Aid in recognizing additional sales opportunities.

• Suggest products and solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Facilitate product demonstrations.

• Conduct and monitor market research, field, and customer trials.

• Record trial results and experimental findings.

• Create training materials and educate sales team members, distributors, and customers on technical concepts and products.

• Contribute to the updating and generation of product documentation (data sheets, TRS, product presentations, training materials) in collaboration with the Marketing team.

• Foster strong relationships with universities and research institutions to develop a technical network that supports customers and sales teams.

• Coordinate with R&D to share information and product ideas.

• Comply with the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS), and all relevant policies and procedures associated with the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Veterinary or Animal Nutrition.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in animal nutrition companies or technical services.

• Comprehensive knowledge of current dairy market trends and application systems.

• Strong grasp of animal nutrition, genetics, and farm management practices.

• Proven technical skills in conducting field trials and evaluating results.

• Proficient in the local language.

• Fluent in English.
