• Delivering technical assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of Solventum software and its interfaces.
• Aiding clients in resolving issues related to software applications, interfaces, and system configurations.
• Performing system health assessments.
• Handling escalations and working closely with senior resources and development teams.
• Spotting opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance support effectiveness.
• Facilitating process improvements by recording troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices.
• Motivating the team and individual members to achieve objectives set by the Manager.
• Collaborating with Client Care, Development, and Product Owners.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND four years of experience in Health Information, Client Services/Client Care, or IT.
• A High School Diploma/GED combined with eight years of experience in Health Information, Client Services/Client Care, or IT.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred.
• Previous experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage non-supervisory teams, and excellent organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and Health Information Systems environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
