
Senior Technical Sales Specialist – Single-Use Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Identifies new opportunities and utilizes the product portfolio to establish a foundation for sustained growth.
• Accelerates closure rates by driving the existing pipeline of opportunities.
• Employs intelligence-driven prospecting methods to uncover new potential opportunities.
• Focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) prospects within the territory to enhance adoption rates and revenue returns.
• Responds to marketing-qualified leads promptly, converting them into new opportunities.
• Works collaboratively with and influences Bioproduction Account Managers (BAMs) and Field Application Scientists (FAS) in their district to create and implement account growth strategies.
• Supports all BioProduction Account Managers in the designated territory with sales and account planning initiatives to meet sales objectives.
• Contributes to the development of technical solution-matching for complex opportunities.
• Keeps up-to-date and enhances technical knowledge regarding assigned product lines, company literature, and relevant products.
• A Bachelor's degree in a life-science related discipline is required, such as Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Engineering.
• Over 7 years of combined sales or related functional experience in a role associated with the bioproduction process, preferably Single Use.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and departments.
• Technical comprehension of bioproduction workflows and applications.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and tact when interacting with both internal and external customers.
• Must have a strong understanding of customer challenges and the development of solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in consultative selling and/or hardware equipment sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
