This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across innovative product ranges.

• Utilize technical knowledge and a consultative sales method to uncover opportunities.

• Foster robust customer relationships and provide solutions that facilitate scientific progress.

• Offer technical guidance during customer interactions and perform product demonstrations.

• Act as a reliable advisor to support customers in reaching their research and development objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Degree coupled with 8 years of technical sales experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or a related area.

• Preferred fields of study include Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

• Strong technical comprehension of relevant scientific workflows and applications.

• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Established ability to build relationships and network effectively.

• Capability to work efficiently within a matrix organization.

• Willingness to travel 50-75% within the designated territory.

• Bilingual skills in French and English are preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of specific product technologies and workflows as required by the position.

• Experience in delivering presentations at scientific conferences and trade shows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to develop and execute territory plans.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate across different functions.

• Experience in mentoring and developing other team members.

• Strong focus on customer service.
