Senior Technical Program Manager – Security & Identity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Lead technical initiatives from conception to execution, overseeing intricate project timelines, eliminating obstacles, and ensuring smooth process operations.

• Recognize and implement the metrics and key performance indicators essential for monitoring progress, as well as facilitating issue resolution and mitigation at a detailed level throughout the organization.

• Develop and establish processes aimed at enhancing the organization’s effectiveness in achieving business objectives.

• Foster effective communication, collaboration, and commitment among various stakeholders and diverse groups with conflicting priorities.

• Collaborate with teams to identify and manage our principal risks, guiding decisions to ensure leadership is aligned on the appropriate level of risk for each project.

• Conduct efficient meetings ranging from small groups (3-5 participants) to larger assemblies (100 attendees or more).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in a software development team as a Technical Program Manager (TPgM) or engineering manager.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• At least 6 years of experience in project and program management.

• More than 6 years of delivering products according to plan in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, distributed-responsibility, and often ambiguous setting.
