This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in defining and documenting the scope, objectives, and success criteria of projects.
• Report project risks and outcomes to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues following the project work plan.
• Manage and prioritize product releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate smooth software deployment and integration.
• Perform risk assessments and create mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Relay project updates and potential obstacles to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure technical teams adhere to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Employ Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban methodologies for effective project execution.
• Track and enhance project timelines and resource utilization.
• Support post-implementation reviews and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A total of 8-10 years of experience in the Software Development industry, particularly with product development/release.
• Over 3 years of experience in technical project management, software development, or technical leadership.
• Three or more years of experience in project coordination, Scrum Master, or project lead roles.
• Understanding of the end-to-end product release cycle is essential for this position.
• Proficiency in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and API integration.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
