Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead program planning and execution by employing best practices in program management, while managing risks and dependencies across various programs and teams.

• Oversee portfolio management practices as necessary, which entails supervising the portfolio delivery pipeline across multiple projects, from initial requests to evaluation/discovery and successful delivery.

• Ensure alignment across functions regarding program objectives, strategies, scopes, timelines, decisions, and outcomes.

• Utilize your technical skills as a TPM (Technical Program Manager) by actively contributing to discussions on technical requirements and design with program teams.

• Promote a culture of transparency and trust, implement a lean value-driven approach, manage by influence, and support and empower technical teams through servant leadership.

• Maintain strong communication lines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with other TPMs to engage in the execution of ongoing cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program, Portfolio, and Process Management.

• A blend of strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Comfort in navigating high-uncertainty situations, with the ability to synthesize data from various sources and teams into a structured program roadmap.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in managing by influence, identifying root issues, and resolving problems and conflicts.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with Atlassian and Google product suites is an advantage.

• Highly detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and follow-through skills are essential.
