Senior Technical Product Manager – Wallets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept and requirement collection to delivery and post-launch evaluation.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage the backlog and workflows for development teams.

• Convert intricate technical ideas into clear and actionable product specifications.

• Assess technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical viability, business significance, and customer value.

• Perform comprehensive market research, including customer discovery, to grasp the value proposition of our product.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate, and deliver solutions.

• Ensure timely delivery of product features that meet quality standards; coordinate testing and feedback processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical product management position.

• Previous experience in creating or managing crypto wallets that feature DeFi capabilities.

• Exceptional communication abilities to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• A true team player who quickly earns trust, communicates openly, and enhances the effectiveness of those around them.

• Proactive approach. You recognize necessary changes, build a case for them, and take action without needing to be prompted.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams, aligning engineers, designers, and business stakeholders toward a common goal simultaneously.

• Comfortable both in setting strategy and actively executing it. You do not delegate tasks and disappear.

• Flourishes in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You perform best when stakes are high and deadlines are tight.

• Proficient in agile methodologies, such as Jira and Asana.

• Strong grasp of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.

• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote setting.

• Expertise in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs for measuring success; experience with A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
