Senior Technical Product Manager – Wallets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from initial ideation and requirement collection through to delivery and post-launch evaluation.

• Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and establish workflows for development teams.

• Convert intricate technical concepts into straightforward, actionable product specifications.

• Assess technical solutions and prioritize features based on their feasibility, business implications, and customer value.

• Perform comprehensive market research, including customer discovery, to grasp the value proposition of our product.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and various stakeholders to gather requirements, validate, and implement solutions.

• Ensure timely delivery of product features that meet quality standards; coordinate testing and feedback cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a technical product management position.

• Previous experience in developing or overseeing crypto wallets with DeFi functionalities.

• Exceptional communication skills to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• A true team player who quickly establishes trust, communicates openly, and enhances the effectiveness of those around them.

• Proactive in identifying necessary changes, constructing cases, and taking action without waiting for direction.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring engineers, designers, and business stakeholders align toward a shared outcome.

• Comfortable both in strategizing and actively executing plans.

• Flourishes in a dynamic, high-pressure environment; performs best when faced with significant challenges and tight deadlines.

• Proficient in agile methodologies such as Jira, Asana, etc.

• Solid understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.

• Competent in defining, monitoring, and reporting on product KPIs to assess success; experience with A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is advantageous.
