Senior Technical Product Manager – Wallets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from conceptualization and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch evaluation.

• Develop user stories, establish acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and streamline workflows for development teams.

• Convert intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable product specifications.

• Assess technical solutions and prioritize features based on their technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.

• Perform comprehensive market research, including customer discovery, to grasp the value proposition of our product.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to collect requirements, validate, and implement solutions.

• Ensure timely delivery of product features that meet quality standards; coordinate testing and feedback processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical product management capacity.

• Previous experience in developing or managing crypto wallets that incorporate DeFi features.

• Exceptional communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A true team player who fosters trust quickly, communicates openly, and enhances the effectiveness of those around them.

• Proactive approach. You identify necessary changes, build the case for them, and take action without needing to be prompted.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, aligning engineers, designers, and business stakeholders towards a common goal simultaneously.

• Equally adept at defining strategy and actively participating in its execution.

• Flourishes in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You perform your best work when the stakes are high and the timelines are tight.

• Proficient in agile methodologies, including tools like Jira and Asana.

• Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in a rapid-paced, remote setting.

• Competent in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to assess success; familiarity with A/B testing or similar experimental methods is advantageous.
