Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Transform innovative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) into workflows ready for production.

• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists during debugging sessions, design evaluations, and brainstorming to enhance clarity and facilitate progress.

• Pay attention to detail: from model evaluation metrics to API agreements, you will possess the knowledge to guarantee product quality and performance.

• Prioritize effectively, balancing user benefits, technical feasibility, and time-to-market considerations.

• Define, scope, and deliver features end-to-end in tight iterations.

• Propel features to completion—removing obstacles, making swift trade-offs, and working diligently to achieve delivery.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to gain insights into how real users engage with our platform—and identify where they encounter challenges.

• Convert complex customer workflows into streamlined technical solutions.

• Spot opportunities for Joist AI’s agentic technology to revolutionize work processes.

• Advocate for a “get it done” culture that emphasizes speed, precision, and accountability.

• Connect technical and business teams through clear, straightforward communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or technical leadership within SaaS/AI/ML products.

• Strong technical literacy—you have a solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and can participate in technical design discussions with engineers.

• Proven ability to debug, resolve issues, and make informed choices in uncertain circumstances.

• Entrepreneurial spirit: you are comfortable navigating imperfect information, making quick pivots, and working hard to deliver value.
