Senior Technical Operations Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees evaluations of warehouse and supply chain operations, concentrating on SAP WM/EWM environments to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Creates process maps, identifies inefficiencies, and suggests actionable strategies to boost operational effectiveness.

• Develops, revises, and enforces clear, practical, and fail-safe SOPs in line with industry standards and SAP best practices.

• Conducts client workshops, collects requirements, and assists clients in prioritizing operational adjustments.

• Collaborates with supply chain leaders and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.

• Mentors Junior Operations Consultants in crafting training materials and facilitating SOP implementation.

• Tracks performance metrics, performs audits, and spearheads continuous improvement efforts.

• Remains updated on industry trends, SAP WM/EWM functionalities, and evolving best practices.

• Manages, coaches, and assesses Junior Operations Consultants; engages in recruitment and talent development.

• Travels up to 50% to client locations to assess operations and assist with implementation tasks.

• Fosters a high-performance, collaborative environment and complies with all quality and information security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in creating and implementing SOPs to enhance warehouse operations.

• More than 8 years of experience in analyzing warehouse processes and devising actionable solutions.

• At least 8 years of experience in mapping both current and future-state processes.

• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP WM and EWM.

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement approaches.

• Active or achievable U.S. government security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead intricate operational initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior team members.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
