This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and oversee timelines for comprehensive, multi-module deployments, initially concentrating on the Qventus Inpatient Capacity solution.
• Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to discover and implement solutions that provide value to clients.
• Work alongside external client teams to grasp changing requirements and convey possible solutions.
• Utilize extensive inpatient expertise to cultivate and maintain user and executive support for workflows and tool utilization.
• Direct the entire deployment lifecycle from the internal kickoff to the go-live phase by prioritizing activities, recognizing dependencies, and ensuring that deliverables are achieved.
• Develop and sustain relationships from frontline personnel to C-suite executives.
• Identify and alleviate risks, counsel Delivery leaders, and drive issues to resolution.
• Spot opportunities for process enhancements and devise structured strategies to address gaps.
• Manage assigned accounts/customers with minimal oversight.
• Lead intricate engagements with matrixed technical and operational teams.
• Clearly articulate Qventus’ value proposition and define specific business outcomes.
• Foster an enthusiastic customer base that can act as references for potential clients.
• Over 5 years of project/program management experience with enterprise-wide SaaS implementation requirements and technical capabilities.
• More than 5 years of professional experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health enterprise, or health system.
• At least 5 years of cross-functional experience overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles and ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Previous experience with Epic integrations and builds, particularly certification in IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, Ambulatory, or related modules/applications.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills from hospital systems or EHR implementations and complex provider-side health setting implementations.
• In-depth understanding of inpatient metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions.
• Capability to engage in strategic and operational dialogues with hospital leaders and surgeons.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Proficient in data validation dashboards, interpreting Java/SQL code, complex Excel functions, and similar tools.
• Systems-thinking ability with a keen attention to detail.
• A passion for making a real-world impact and solving meaningful problems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%-30%.
• Experience in SQL query writing is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with HL7/FHIR integrations.
• Experience collaborating with clinical and/or process consultants.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug test is required.
