Senior Technical Implementation Consultant, ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the main integration liaison with client tax professionals.

• Facilitate business and user requirements meetings and develop design/solution documentation for Integration.

• Support the analysis and implementation of ORACLE integration aligned with client tax needs and compliance processes.

• Collaborate with Thomson Reuters teams to provide comprehensive Indirect Tax integration solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all Indirect Tax requirements.

• Clarify ONESOURCE Integration for ORACLE issues, challenges, and resolutions to both non-tax and technical personnel.

• Convert clients’ tax policies into ONESOURCE integration solutions.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to foster product and solution development.

• Install and set up ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Integration for ORACLE.

• Carry out personal tasks within a structured project management framework.

• Collaborate with Pre-sales on potential clients and bid development.

• Work alongside functional and technical teams to execute implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical experience in implementing ORACLE and/or supplementary solutions with external tax engines.

• Over 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years with ORACLE ERP.

• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities.

• Technical proficiency in implementing ORACLE and/or supplementary solutions.

• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges arising from multiple installed add-ons.

• Expertise in diagnosing and fixing ORACLE system issues.

• Background in process analysis, design, mapping, and re-engineering.

• Familiarity with process/software gap analysis and resolution.

• Experience in creating and executing test cases and test scripts.

• Proficient in working within the ORACLE application.

• Skills in Oracle programming.

• Knowledge of APIs, Webservices (SOAP and REST), and XML.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
