This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of SE Onboarding & Ramp.
• Create and implement a comprehensive ramp program for new SEs that includes platform depth, demo certification, discovery methodology, and technical objection handling. Monitor ramp KPIs and make adjustments to speed up time-to-readiness.
• Promote Continuous Technical Readiness.
• Develop and sustain a continuous learning program that keeps SEs proficient as the product advances. Collaborate with Product and PMM to operationalize new releases, competitive changes, and messaging updates into training that is ready for the field.
• Develop and Oversee SE Certifications.
• Manage the SE certification framework, which includes demo quality, technical discovery, and RFx readiness. Conduct bi-annual refreshes in collaboration with SE leadership and utilize AI roleplay tools (e.g., LetterAI) to scale practice and coaching.
• Foster Competitive & Vertical Depth.
• Create initiatives that equip SEs with the technical differentiation, industry context, and ERP/integration knowledge (e.g., SAP) essential for success in enterprise deals.
• Utilize Data to Enhance Performance.
• Leverage Gong call intelligence, competency assessments, and win/loss data to pinpoint gaps in technical delivery, narrative quality, and demo effectiveness, then develop targeted interventions to address those gaps.
• Collaborate Across Functions.
• Serve as the linking element between SE leadership, PMM, Product, and RevOps to ensure that SE enablement aligns closely with GTM strategy, product launches, and competitive priorities.
• Measure Key Metrics.
• Monitor leading indicators (demo certification pass rates, call quality scores, competitive win rates, early-stage conversion) and lagging indicators (win rate, deal velocity, ACV) to illustrate the impact of enablement.
• 4–7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales enablement, solutions engineering, or a closely related GTM role in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Profound understanding of the SE function. You comprehend how SEs think, how they prepare for technical evaluations, and what distinguishes exceptional demos from average ones.
• Proven track record in developing certification programs, technical learning journeys, and demo readiness frameworks.
• Proficient with tools such as Gong, LMS platforms, and AI roleplay tools (e.g., LetterAI).
• Strong data-driven mindset and comfortable deriving insights from call intelligence and performance data to shape program design.
• Exceptional communication, cross-functional influence, and project management capabilities.
