Senior Technical Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main implementation partner, directly engaging with a production codebase.

• Take ownership of the construction, engineering, and deployment of full-stack system features.

• Design, develop, and submit clean Pull Requests (PRs) for assessment.

• Construct and uphold robust machine learning pipelines, encompassing training data preparation, fine-tuning scripts, and system evaluations.

• Write complex raw PostgreSQL database schemas, queries (CTEs, window functions), and manage data migrations.

• Develop, scale, and enhance high-throughput model inference processes and custom voice pipelines (STT/TTS).

• Break down feature briefs, suggest structural technical architectures, and independently troubleshoot backend production issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of production experience with strict TypeScript/JavaScript (including generics, type inference, and discriminated unions).

• Experience with React in a production environment, taking clear ownership of delivering and maintaining real, live web applications.

• Proficiency with Next.js App Router, showcasing a strong understanding of server versus client components, middleware, and route handlers.

• Fluency in SQL with raw PostgreSQL; must have no dependency on an ORM.

• Proficient in Python specifically relating to data preparation, training, and evaluation within machine learning pipelines.

• Adherence to strict Git workflow practices, ensuring clean commits and thorough code review habits.

• Familiarity or a strong learning trajectory within ML infrastructure frameworks (personal projects, fine-tuning experiments, or academic coursework).
