Senior Technical Designer – Medidata RAVE Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Development and execution of solutions addressing global technical service issues and concerns related to the EDC tool Medidata RAVE.

• Accountable for designing the electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) within the leading EDC Rave system.

• Responsible for preparing and/or reviewing draft and final versions of eCRF and edit check specifications for designated projects to guarantee quality and consistency.

• Maintain a detail-oriented approach while participating in sponsor meetings and audits/inspections.

• Assist Managers in gathering data for productivity, quality, timelines, and resource planning.

• Tasked with conducting quality control procedures for specification development.

• Organize team meetings and provide direction to Programmers and Data Managers.

• Engage in the validation of EDC studies upon request.

• Oversee the creation and upkeep of library objects within the Global Libraries.

• Ensure compliance with the usage of standard objects throughout the organization.

• Execute all activities associated with specification development for study builds and database design following standard procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of the drug development process and Clinical Data Management Programming.

• Must possess Medidata Rave EDC Certification as a Study Builder.

• Prior experience with protocol interpretation and building/programming databases in RAVE is essential.

• Candidates should be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience with Medidata RAVE and protocol interpretation is highly preferred.

• Technical proficiencies in designing screens and programming edits in RAVE and Inform.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with the clinical trial process, data management, biometrics, and systems applications to support operations is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in data management and/or database programming and specification design activities.
